All applicants applying for categories that require you to be NMC/GMC/HIS/GDC registered must also provide their registration number in order to be verified as being eligible for the award – any issues please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Scottish Aesthetics doctor practitioner of the year award

Must be a doctor (GMC and HIS registered) with more than 3 years working particularly in the Aesthetics field and currently in practice

Scottish Aesthetics nurse practitioner of the year award

Must be nurse (NMC and HIS registered) with more than 3 years working particularly in the Aesthetics field and currently in practice.

Scottish cosmetic dentistry practice of the year

Must be a dentists surgery which is GDC registered and practises cosmetic dental work within the surgery

Scottish Aesthetics surgeon of the year award

Cosmetic surgeon which practices facial/body enhancements through surgery. Surgeons must be GMC registered.

Scottish independent cosmetic dentist of the year

Must be a dentist which is GDC registered and practices cosmetic dental work

PMUA of the year

Permanent makeup artists can apply to this award if they practice procedure’s such as micro needling. They must hold full qualifications to do so – and have the ability to provide these

Skin therapist of the year

Must be a qualified beauty therapist – completed NVQ level 2 or 3 in beauty therapy

Skincare clinic of the year award

Skincare clinic that practices skin improvement/maintenance procedures. For example facials, light therapy and micro needling are some of the procedures your clinic at offer to be eligible to enter this award

Scottish cosmetic surgery practice of the year

Cosmetic surgery practice that practices facial/body enhancements through surgery. Surgeons must be GMC registered

Best hair restoration of the year

This award is for any Cosmetic surgery practice that practices hair restoration enhancements through surgical and non-surgical procedures. This award will be judged by public vote.

Aesthetic Dentist of the year

Must be a dentist which is GDC registered and currently practices Aesthetics

Scottish Aesthetics clinic of the year

Individual Awards for Stirling, Perth, Inverness, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen
Aesthetics clinic that practices facial/body enhancements through fillers/toxin.

Outstanding achievement award within the Aesthetics field

Newcomer Aesthetics practitioner of the year

This award is for Aesthetics practitioners that have begun working within the field within 18 months prior to January 2024 and are GMC/NMC registered

Scottish Aesthetics training academy of the year

This award is for Scottish Aesthetics training academy’s which are taught by an experienced + registered medic (nurse/doctor) who is able to provide students with correct accreditation once the course has been completed (eg. CPD + ARAP)
